How do I upload my bank statement?
To upload your bank statement, go to the main dashboard and click on "Upload Statement". You can upload PDF files directly from your device. The system supports statements from all major banks in India.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. Your information is never shared with third parties and is stored securely on our servers. You can read more in our Security & Privacy section.
What file formats are supported?
Currently, we support PDF bank statements from all major Indian banks. We're working on adding support for Excel and CSV formats in future updates.
How long does analysis take?
Bank statement analysis typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on the size of your statement and the number of transactions. You'll receive a notification once the analysis is complete.
Can I download my analysis report?
Yes, you can download your analysis report in PDF format. The report includes transaction categorization, spending patterns, and financial insights based on your bank statement data.
What if my bank is not supported?
We support all major Indian banks. If your bank statement format is not recognized, please contact our support team with a sample (with sensitive data removed) and we'll work on adding support.
How do I make payments through Paykosh?
You can make payments by going to the "Payments" section, selecting the type of payment (utility bills, mobile recharge, etc.), entering the required details, and confirming the transaction.
What are the transaction limits?
Transaction limits vary based on your account verification level. Basic accounts have a daily limit of ₹10,000, while fully verified accounts can transact up to ₹1,00,000 per day.
