  • Service Failure: If our platform fails to process your bank statements due to technical issues on our end
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate payments
  • Subscription Cancellation: Unused portion of prepaid subscriptions (subject to conditions)
  • Data Security Breach: If we fail to protect your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • Service Unavailability: Extended downtime exceeding our Service Level Agreement
Non-Eligible Scenarios
  • Change of mind after successful service delivery
  • Inability to upload bank statements due to user error or unsupported formats
  • Dissatisfaction with insights that are accurate but not as expected
  • Requests made after 30 days of service completion
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Minimum usage threshold: Less than 25% of monthly analysis quota used
  • Automatic cancellation upon refund approval
Annual Subscriptions
  • Refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Pro-rated refund calculated on unused months
  • Minimum usage threshold: Less than 10% of annual analysis quota used
  • Early termination fee may apply after 30 days
Enterprise Plans
  • Refund terms specified in individual contracts
